iClick Job Manager

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of iClick Job Manager (the "Service"), operated by iClick Online Technology Limited ("iClick"). By using the Service at jobmanager.au or any tenant domain, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for businesses and their authorised users. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding agreement to register for an account.
Clients create accounts and manage Users. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under their account. You must notify iClick immediately of any unauthorised use.
The Service is provided to manage jobs, quotes, customers, staff, and related operations. You agree not to misuse the Service, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the Service in violation of laws or third-party rights.
Access to paid features is governed by the selected subscription plan. Fees are charged as specified during signup. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. iClick may change prices with prior notice.
iClick retains ownership of the platform, software and related materials. Clients retain ownership of their data ("Content"). By using the Service you grant iClick a licence to store, process and display Content as necessary to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Clients may cancel their subscription per the agreement terms; refunds are handled according to the subscription policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iClick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months prior to the claim.

This Privacy Policy explains how iClick Online Technology Limited ("iClick") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when providing iClick Job Manager (the "Service").
We collect information you provide (contact, account and business data), Content you store in the Service (jobs, customers, documents), and technical information automatically (IP addresses, device and usage logs). We may also collect information from third-party integrations you connect.
We use personal data to deliver and improve the Service, authenticate users, provide support, process billing and enhance security. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processors, email delivery) and with third party integrations you enable. All processors are bound by contractual data protection obligations.
Data may be stored or processed in New Zealand or other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Clients may request export or deletion of their data per our support channels.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure; customers are encouraged to keep backups of critical data.

This statement explains how iClick meets the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing personal data relating to EU data subjects.

iClick Job Manager

This Engagement Policy explains how iClick interacts with Clients and Users when delivering iClick Job Manager.
Support requests should be submitted to support@iclick.co.nz. We aim to acknowledge and respond according to the Client's support plan and the priority of the issue. Critical incidents are escalated per our operational procedures.
Clients must provide accurate account information, follow security best practices, and ensure authorised users comply with these policies. Sharing credentials is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Custom development or integrations are agreed in writing, scoped, and may incur additional fees. Intellectual property terms for bespoke work will be outlined in the relevant agreement.
Clients and Users must not use the Service to commit illegal acts, harass or abuse staff, or attempt to compromise the Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
